How Team training works:

 

1. team Learning Session

Each week your group will meet for a slowed down learning session! We’ll teach you movements and build your confidence!

2. Get Your Plan!

After your learning session, you’ll get your workout plans on our app! This is your step by step workouts & tasks for the week.

3. Team/solo workout session

Time to put your knowledge to work! 1-2x a week you can meet with your team or alone to use your new skills!

 

Group Training Schedule:

Groups meet once a week for 45-60 minutes at predetermined dates! Your team will all decide on a time together.

You will learn exercises with your team & coach and then, repeat those exercise 1-2x a week (with the help of your app) alone or your team.

What if I miss a class?

No worries! Your coach will make sure you’re always up to speed!
