Apple Cinnamon Cottage Cheese Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients:
1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese
1/2 apple from farmers market, chopped into cubes
1 Tbsp chopped walnuts
1 Tbsp maple syrup or local honey
1 pinch cinnamon
Directions
Add all the ingredients to a bowl or container. Enjoy immediately, or refrigerate in an air-tight container up to four days.
